The GSP Package 1 is NOT designed to sell your house below market value.
As your exclusive agent, we aim to sell your house at the highest possible price, in the fastest possible time, and with utmost professionalism.
If the property is not sold within the agreed period, the GSP may take into effect. Subject to mutually agreed terms and conditions, HSR will purchase your house at 90% of the valuation price.
Properties that may not be considered applicable for the GSP include HDB, industrial and commercial properties.
After the purchase, should HSR be able to sell your house within the agreed time frame and at a price that is above 90% of the valuation price, the excess after deducting the agreed commission and other charges will be paid to you.
HSR will be solely responsible for issuing the written guarantee to you.
